exclude subitem 1-2);

9) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"9) development of rules of the organization and conducting tax accounting by the individual entrepreneurs applying special tax regimes on the basis of the simplified declaration to whom according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About financial accounting and the financial reporting" the obligation on conducting financial accounting and creation of the financial reporting is not assigned;";
