About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning refining of legal regulation of questions of passing of military service by the staff of prospecting bodies of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 15, of Art. 190 with the following changes) to state the paragraph of the seventh of the subitem 2 of Item 2 of article 15 of the Law of Ukraine in the following edition:

"on the bases determined by Items 1 and 5 of part two of article 36 of the Law of Ukraine "About investigation".

2. In article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 38, Art. 324 with the following changes):

1) in part five:

add Item 1 with the subitem "t" of the following content:

"r) on other bases determined by the Law of Ukraine "About investigation";

add Item 2 with the subitem "t" of the following content:

add Item 3 with the subitem "l" of the following content:
