Bring in article 17.1 of the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 230-FZ "About protection of the rights and legitimate interests of physical persons when implementing activities for return of overdue debt and about introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Microfinancial Activities and the Microfinancial Organizations" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 27, Art. 4163; 2023, No. 32, Art. 6199; 2025, No. 23, the Art. 2996) change, having added with its part 5.1 following of content:
"5.1. The credit and microfinancial organizations shall submit in authorized body the activities report on return of overdue debt electronically (if technically possible) with use of single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction or in writing on paper. The procedure, form, terms and frequency of submission of such report are determined by the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of activities for return of overdue debt of physical persons in coordination with the Bank of Russia.".
This Federal Law becomes effective since September 1, 2026.
