About enhancement of measures of prevention of sharp cardiovascular and tserebrovaskulyarny diseases

I. Purposes

1. Determine main objectives of prevention, early detection of sharp cardiovascular and tserebrovaskulyarny diseases, implementations of new methods of treatment and rehabilitation of patients:

(a) increase in level of awareness of the population by broad promotion among it of data on risk factors of sharp cardiovascular and tserebrovaskulyarny diseases, and also preventive actions for their elimination;

(b) the complete scope of the population is more senior than 30 years advanced target physical examinations on sharp cardiovascular and tserebrovaskulyarny diseases;

(c) finishing scope consumable materials and antitrombotichesky medicines for endovascular transactions on vessels of heart and brain in case of emergency to 100 percent;

(d) reducing the subsequent disability from sharp cardiovascular and tserebrovaskulyarny diseases for 30 percent, cases of premature death rate - for 15 percent.

II. Enhancement of system of prevention, early prevention and treatment of sharp cardiovascular and tserebrovaskulyarny diseases

2. Step by step to implement in practice since May 1, 2026 the National program of fight against heart attack and stroke (further - the National program) developed on the basis of the international programs ("Stent for Life" and "Action Plan for Stroke"), in regions according to appendix No. 1*.
