About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public procurements"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public procurements" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of April 15, 2022 No. 34) the following changes:

Part 4 of Article 2 to add 1) with Items 7 and 8 of the following content:

"7) connected with the organization and carrying out at the expense of means republican and local budgets of the international actions at the national level with participation of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Toraga of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, and also providing visits of Chapters of foreign states, the governments of foreign states, heads of the international organizations, parliamentary and government delegations, other delegations of foreign states. The purchases provided by this Item are performed by the conclusion of the civil transaction between the customer and the contractor according to the civil legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;

8) the goods, works and services acquired within the state task.";

To add 2) with Article 4-1 of the following content:

"Article 4-1. State task

1. The state task is the order at the expense of means republican and local budgets to legal entities with participation of the state in the authorized capital on accomplishment of the priority national objectives aimed at providing social and economic stability and (or) welfare development of the state.

2. Accomplishment of the state task is performed by the conclusion of the civil transaction between the state customer and the contractor of the state task with indication of indicators of results.

Allocation of budgetary funds to legal entities with participation of the state in the authorized capital on accomplishment of the state task is performed without increase in the authorized capital.
