Approve enclosed:
Rules of realization and destruction gratuitously the withdrawn or confiscated water biological resources and products of their conversion;
the list gratuitously the withdrawn or confiscated water biological resources which if their physical condition does not allow to return them to the habitat, are liable to immediate destruction.

1. These rules establish procedure for realization and destruction gratuitously of the withdrawn or confiscated water biological resources and products of their conversion, including caviar.
