About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 2, 2022 No. 1964

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 2, 2022 No. 1964 "About determination of the separate types of activity provided by Items 1 and 3 of Article 4 of the Maritime Code of the Russian Federation which are performed with use of the courts constructed in the territory of the Russian Federation and conforming to the requirements to industrial output established in the Russian Federation imposed for the purpose of its reference to products made in the territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 45, the Art. 7742).

1. In the name and Item 1 of the word "to products made in the territory of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "to the Russian industrial output".

In the name of the list of the separate types of activity provided by Items 1 and 3 of Article 4 of the Maritime Code of the Russian Federation which are performed with use of the courts constructed in the territory of the Russian Federation and conforming to the requirements to industrial output established in the Russian Federation imposed for the purpose of its reference to products made in the territory of the Russian Federation approved by the specified resolution of the word "to products made in the territory of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "to the Russian industrial output".
