"41. The preventive visit is conducted at the initiative of the licensing body (obligatory preventive visit) or at the initiative of the licensee.
The preventive visit is conducted in the form of preventive conversation by the inspector in the place of implementation of activities of the licensee or by use of video conferencing or the Inspector mobile application specified in Item 7 of part 1 of article 17 of the Federal law "About the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation" (further - the Inspector mobile application).
42. The obligatory preventive visit is conducted according to the procedure, the stipulated in Clause 52.1 Federal Laws "About the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation".
