About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2020 No. 706 and of November 29, 2024 No. 885
Based on part two of Item 3 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of September 5, 1995 "About ensuring unity of measurements" and subitem 1.4-1 of Item 1 of the order of the President of the Republic of Belarus of October 21, 2021 No. 221rp "About procedure for accomplishment of orders and decisions of the President of the Republic of Belarus and control of their accomplishment" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 3848-XII
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2020 No. 706 "About features of ensuring unity of measurements":
in preamble of the word of "Item 2" shall be replaced with words "Item 3 parts two";
in the Regulations on features of ensuring unity of measurements in the fields of defense and safety of the state, use of atomic energy in the peace purposes approved by this resolution:
in Item 6:
in subitem 6.5:
to add paragraph two after the word "further" with words "if other is not provided,";
add the subitem with paragraphs of the following content:
"in coordination with Gosstandart the list of measuring instruments of the approved type, the subordinates applied to ensuring activities (who are part, system) the legal entities (their structural divisions) in the field of use of atomic energy in the peace purposes, data on which are not placed in the State information fund for ensuring unity of measurements;
exceptions of measuring instruments from among of the works on the state checking delivered till November 2, 2023 on the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant" at stage of construction of nuclear power plant and being in operation when implementing by this company *;
