For the purpose of ensuring the correct and uniform application by economic courts, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of regulations of the Civil code of the Republic of Belarus which became effective since July 1, 1999 about the conclusion, change and agreement cancelation the Plenum of Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Belarus, being guided by articles 14-16 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About economic courts in the Republic of Belarus",
decides:
1. Economic courts of the Republic of Belarus should provide strict accomplishment of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus in case of the dispute resolution, connected with the conclusion, change and agreement cancelation in the field of business and other economic (economic) activity; try to obtain improvement of quality of the passed judgments on the specified category of cases; to strictly observe terms of their consideration, to give assessment to the reasons and conditions generating violations of the law in contractual practice.
