1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About structure and structure of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 12, 2021 No. 425 the following changes:
in Item 1:
- to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:
"-chairman of the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic;";
- add with the paragraph the twenty seventh the following content:
"-State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
2. Transform the Border service of the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic to the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- bring the decisions into accord with this Decree;
- take other measures following from this Decree.
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
