About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2026 and planning period of 2027-2028

Article 1.

Approve the forecast of the consolidated budget of the sector of public administration of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2026-2028 according to appendix 1.

Article 2.

1. Approve key parameters of the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2026 according to appendix 2 in the following amounts:

1) comprehensive incomes - 551207156, 1 thousand som;

2) total expenses - 550770757, 7 thousand som;

3) surplus and the directions of its use - 436398, 4 thousand som.

2. Approve planned parameters of the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2027-2028:

1) for 2027 on comprehensive incomes in the amount 593080265, one thousand som, to total expenses in the amount 552416622, 5 thousand som and to budget surplus in the amount 40663642, 9 thousand som;

2) for 2028 on comprehensive incomes in the amount 641061277, one thousand som, to total expenses in the amount 589343936, 0 thousand som and to budget surplus in the amount 51717341, 3 thousand som.

3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic has the right to make refining of the planned parameters of the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic approved for 2027-2028 in case of their acceptance for each specific period.

Article 3.

Create revenues of the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2026-2028 for acquisition account of sources according to appendices 3 and 4.

Article 4.

1. Establish funds for financing of expenses from the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2026-2028 according to appendices 5, 6 and 7.

2. Establish transfer of part of the income of the republican budget in Stabilization fund of the Kyrgyz Republic through account part of the republican budget in the following procedure:

1) in 2026 - 50000000, 0 thousand som;

2) in 2027 - 10000000, 0 thousand som;

3) in 2028 - 10000000, 0 thousand som.
