About additional requirements to appointment of the registrar

Based on item 4 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2002 "About state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it" the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 133-Z

1. Establish the following additional requirements to appointment of the registrar:

1.1. for persons applying for position of the registrar after work stoppage the registrar before the expiration of five-year term from the date of their previous certification – availability of the decision on certification from which acceptance date did not expire 5 years;

1.2. for persons applying for position of the registrar for the first time or after work stoppage the registrar and the expirations of five-year term from the date of their previous certification:

passing of training in the republican organization for state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it or the territorial organization for state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it;

development of contents of the educational program of advanced training of leading employees and specialists in the field of practice of making of registration actions concerning real estate.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of Committee on land resources, geodesy and cartography under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 21, 2003 No. 1 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for certification of registrars and Regulations on the register of registrars";

the resolution of Committee on land resources, geodesy and cartography under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 28, 2003 No. 3 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for passing of training in the organizations for state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it";
