Rules of carrying out forest management

1. These rules establish procedure for carrying out forest management on lands for forest fund and lands of settlements on which the city woods, and also on lands of defense and safety and lands of especially protected natural territories in which the woods are located are located.

2. Forest management includes:

a) designing of forest areas and forest parks;

b) designing of the operational woods, protective woods, reserve woods, and also especially protective sites of the woods;

c) designing of the timberland;
