Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of control of preserving special characteristics of goods concerning which the name of the place of goods origin is registered, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 9, 2020 No. 1388 "About approval of Rules of control of preserving special characteristics of goods concerning which the name of the place of goods origin" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 38, the Art. 5869) is registered.

Changes which are made to Rules of control of preserving special characteristics of goods concerning which the name of the place of goods origin is registered

1. In paragraph one of Item 1 of the word "executive bodies of the subject of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "executive bodies of the subject of the Russian Federation", "the supreme body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words words "the supreme executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation".

2. In the paragraph the second Item 3 of the word "the supreme body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "the supreme executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation".
