"o) about availability of the hostel, nursing home, the number of premises in the hostel, nursing home for nonresident students, the number of the isolated premises (certain rooms) determined for accommodation of the student's families needing premises in the hostel (for the educational organizations of the higher education), forming of payment for accommodation in the hostel;";
