2. To the ministry of melioration and water resources of the Republic of Tajikistan, its Central office and territorial authorities in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the cities and areas, to the companies and organizations subordinated to the Ministry to take adequate measures on use of the available reserves and opportunities of implementation of single state policy in the field of melioration and operation of water resources.
3. To the ministry of melioration and water resources of the Republic of Tajikistan:
- together with land management Agency, geodesy and cartography under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the relevant ministries and departments to develop the draft of the relevant act of creation of State commission on acceptance of new lands and to provide it to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- develop and provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan the program of target and rational use of the funds allocated from all sources (budgetary funds, the credits of investments and grants) on development of industry, rational use of water resources on 2007 and the next years;
