About withdrawal and provision of the parcels of land

According to Article 29 of the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Withdraw especially valuable productive lands, haymakings, pastures, and also other nonagricultural lands and to present them to local executive bodies of the government, the ministries, the organizations, the companies and jamias according to appendix.

2. To local executive bodies of the government, the organizations and the companies for benefit of which the parcels of land in compliance to requirements of Articles 41 and 42 of the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan to pay damages to land users and losses of agricultural production are withdrawn.

3. To land management agency, geodesy and cartography under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to make corresponding changes in zemelno - cadastral documentation.
