About amnesty of citizens and legal entities of the Republic of Tajikistan in connection with legalization of property
This Law determines the legal basis and procedure for the organization of holding exclusively single action by the state for amnesty of citizens and legal entities of the Republic of Tajikistan in connection with legalization of property, release them from responsibility for making of the separate offenses provided by legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, connected with separate property rights.
The purpose of this Law is attraction of property in official economic circulation, establishment of the valid owners, the rights of citizens and legal entities of the Republic of Tajikistan, improvement of the investment climate and development of business activity.
In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
- the property - residential and non-residential buildings, constructions, objects of construction in progress and other property, is integral connected with the earth which movement without causing excessive damage to destination is impossible, also other property equated by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan to real estate, shares and other securities, vehicles, precious metals and gemstones;
- legalization of property - process of registration of the right to the property removed from economic circulation for the purpose of concealment or which is not drawn up according to the procedure, determined by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, or are drawn up on other person;
- the certificate on legalization of property (further - the certificate) the official document identifying legality of emergence of the rights of citizens and legal entities of the Republic of Tajikistan on legalized property;
- the commission on legalization of property (further - the commission) - the body authorized for carrying out legalization of property and issue of the certificate on its legalization;
