Article 1. Bring in the Town-planning code of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2012 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2012, No. 12, h 1, Art. 998; 2016, No. 7, Art. 626; 2019, No. 1, Art. 24, Art. 25; 2020, No. 1, Art. 23) following amendments:

1. The paragraph the thirteenth parts 1 of article 9 after the word of "means" to add with words "which are paid in non-cash form".

2. In Article 14:

- third after the word "financing" to add the paragraph with the words "in non-cash form";

- the eleventh after the word "financing" to add the paragraph with the words "in non-cash form".

3. Third parts 1 of article 15 after the word "financing" to add the paragraph with the words "in non-cash form".

4. Add with Article 83-1 of the following content:

"Article 83-1. Payment procedure of the indemnification determined in cash

Indemnification, provided by this Code and determined in cash, is made in non-cash form.".

5. In Article 84:

- 1 after the word of "budget" to add part with the words "in non-cash form";

- part 2 after the word is "performed" to be added with the words "in non-cash form".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after its official publication.
