Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 26, 2023 No. 1390 "About procedure for determination of standard rates of accumulating of solid utility waste, modification of Rules of the direction to subjects of the Russian Federation and consideration of recommendations of the Russian ecological operator by them in case of approval or adjustment of the regional program in the field of the address with waste, including with the solid utility waste, and also in case of establishment or adjustment of standard rates of accumulating of solid utility waste and recognition which voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 36, the Art. 6714):

a) declare Item 6 invalid;

b) in Rules of determination of standard rates of accumulating of the solid utility waste approved by the specified resolution:

state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. Norms of accumulating are determined by method of measurement of number of waste according to the Section II of these rules or method of comparative analysis according to the Section III of these rules taking into account the provisions established by the Section IV of these rules.";

add with Item 5 (1) the following content:

"5(1). For different categories of consumers different methods of determination of standard rates of accumulating can be used.";
