According to requirements of Articles 19, 20 Laws of Ukraine "About bases of social security of disabled people in Ukraine", the Payment procedure item 4 the companies, organizations, the organizations and physical persons using wage labor, the amounts of administrative sanctions and penalty fee for failure to carry out of the standard rate of workplaces for the employment of disabled people approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 31.01.2007 of N70 ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for charge of penalty fee and its payment it (is applied).

2. To provide to Social Security Fund of disabled people methodological management on implementation of charge by territorial departments of penalty fee for violation of payment due dates of administrative sanctions.

3. To the director of Social Security Fund of disabled people E.Skibinsky to take the questions concerning the organization of accomplishment by territorial departments of Fund of requirements of this order under personal control.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister V. Dyachenko.
