"7) person concerning whom the request of foreign state about issue arrived is the foreign citizen or the stateless person which are passing military service under the contract in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other military forming of the Russian Federation or passing military service under the contract in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other military forming of the Russian Federation and who was involved in fighting as a part of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or other military forming of the Russian Federation.".
