In pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 23.05.2007 of N755 "About Renewal of Operation of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 1, 2002 N737" I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for determination and approval of amounts of commodity importation (including vehicle sets) on customs area of Ukraine, structure of vehicle sets and technical descriptions on compound components of vehicle sets which are used for construction and productive activity of the companies for production of cars and components to them it (is applied).
2. To department of general mechanical engineering of the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine to provide the approved commodity importation amounts, structure of vehicle sets and technical descriptions to bodies of the State Customs Service and bodies of the State Tax Service in week time from the moment of their approval.
3. To provide to department of general mechanical engineering of the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine submission of the order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Kucher K. A.
