1) in Article 15:

a) state part 3 in the following edition:

"3. If other is not established by this Federal Law, requirements to the organizations forming infrastructure of support of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship are established:

1) the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of development of business activity, including medium and small business in case of implementation of state programs (subprogrammes) of the Russian Federation;

2) public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation in case of implementation of state programs (subprogrammes) of subjects of the Russian Federation;

3) local government bodies in case of implementation of municipal programs (subprogrammes).";

b) add with part 3.2 following of content:

"3.2. Requirements to the centers of support of export are established by the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of foreign trade in case of implementation of state programs (subprogrammes) of the Russian Federation.";

c) regarding 4 words "according to the procedure, provided by part 3" shall be replaced with words "according to part 3 or 3.2";
