About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of notarial activities

For the purpose of realization of part 3 of article 43 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About notariate", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of notarial activities" of December 29, 2023 No. 733 the following changes:

1) in the Instruction about procedure for making of notarial actions by notaries of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. The state fee is paid for each notarial action through the payment platform integrated in notariate unified information system in day of making of notarial action and issue of the documents having legal value.";

- state Item 11 in the following edition:

"11. The payment status of the state fee is fixed and stored in notariate unified information system (further - EISN). Attaching of receipts to the register of registration of notarial actions or notarial acts is not required.";
