For the purpose of creation of optimal conditions for implementation of the Investment agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and RTsA of Living limited liability company about implementation of the investment project "Construction of Complex of Buildings with Business Centres, Residential, Social and Infrastructure Facilities, Park Zones in the City of Bishkek", according to article 41 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About customs regulation", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Determine that the goods imported into the Kyrgyz Republic within implementation of the Investment agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and RTsA of Living limited liability company about implementation of the investment project "Construction of Complex of Buildings with Business Centres, Residential, Social and Infrastructure Facilities, Park Zones in the City of Bishkek" approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of October 8, 2024 No. 627-r and signed on October 14, 2024 taking into account supplementary agreements to it are exempted from payment of charges for making of the customs transactions connected with release of goods.
2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
