1. Public service of export control of Ukraine (Goseksportkontrol) is the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine.
Goseksportkontrol is specially authorized body of the executive authority concerning the state export control.
2. Goseksportkontrol in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, and also the presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and this Provision.
Goseksportkontrol provides realization of state policy in the field of export control and submits in accordance with the established procedure proposals concerning its forming, exercises control in noted sphere, and also cross-industry coordination and regulation on questions which belong to its competence, generalizes practice of application of the legislation on noted questions, develops and submits in accordance with the established procedure to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposals concerning enhancement of such legislation.
