About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of acts in the field of public health care" of April 11, 2016 No. 201

For the purpose of implementation of article 64 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public health care", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of acts in the field of public health care" of April 11, 2016 No. 201 the following changes:

in appendix 6 to the above-named resolution:

- add with Item 15-1 of the following content:

"15-1. In radius of 100 meters from the territory of the general education organizations the arrangement of objects for sale and realization of harmful foodstuff is forbidden.";

- add with Item 31-1 of the following content:

"31-1. In the conditions of the dense housing estate and the lack of space the construction of buildings to 4 floors is allowed. On the 4th floor office and household and recreational rooms, additional rooms for work with pupils (office of the psychologist, logopedist, social teacher) have.";

- state Item 155 in the following edition:

"155. In case of placement of the general education organization in the adapted building it is necessary to have obligatory set of rooms: educational classes, rooms for catering services, rooms of medical appointment, recreation, administrative rooms, bathrooms, clothes.
