About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning settlement of carrying out evacuation, placement and life support of the evacuated population, the ensuring protection of children which is in the settlements located in the territories of active and possible military (fighting) operations

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Family code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 21-22, 135):

Part the second articles 150 after the words "care about health" to add 1) with the words "and safe living conditions";

2) in Item 2 parts one of Article 164 the word of "child" shall be replaced with words "the child, providing safe living conditions of the child".

2. In the Code of civil protection of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. 34-35, 458):

The paragraph the twenty first Item of 1 part four of Article 8 to state 1) in the following edition:

"carrying out (in case of need) according to the separate decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the corresponding local executive bodies (military authorities) of evacuation of the population and material and cultural values from the settlements located in the territories of active and possible military (fighting) operations to safe areas";

Item 8-1 of part two of Article 22 to state 2) in the following edition:

"8-1) participation in carrying out evacuation of the population in case of origin or threat of emergence of emergency situation, and also from the settlements located in the territories of active and possible military (fighting) operations to safe areas";

3) in Article 33:

public administrations to add part three Items 2 and 3 after words with words "(military authorities in case of their education)";

in part six:

in paragraph one of the word "emergence of threat" shall be replaced with words "threats of origin or origin";
