About modification of some orders of the Government (implementation of the State program on differentiation of public property and error correction for 2026-2028)

Based on part (2) article 55 of the Law No. 1543/1998 on the inventory of real estate (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 88-95, 79), with subsequent changes, and Item b) article 14-1 of the Law No. 29/2018 on differentiation of public property (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 142-148, 279), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1030/1998 about some measures for creation of the inventory of real estate (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, No. 96, of the Art. 996), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in all text of the resolution "2020-2026" to replace the text with the text "2020-2028";

1.2. to state tables 1 and 2 of appendix No. 1 in the following edition:

2. In the Order of the Government No. 63/2019 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for differentiation of real estate units of public property (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, No. 76-85, of the Art. 126), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

2.1. in the subitem 2) of Item 2 of the resolution change concerns only the text in Romanian;

2.2. in the Provision:

2.2.1. in Item 12 the text "Items c), f) and g)" to replace with the text "Items c), f) - h)";
