About modification of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Moldavian institute of standardization approved by the Order of the Government No. 969/2016, and about recognition voided the Orders of the Government No. 1213/2016 about the services in the field of standardization provided for a fee by the Moldavian institute of standardization

Based on part (4) article 5 of the Law No. 20/2016 on national standartization (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 90-99, 170), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Moldavian institute of standardization approved by the Order of the Government No. 969/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 265-276, 1052), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in Item 2 of the word "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations";

1.2. state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. For implementation of the functions, powers and the rights the Institute cooperates with the central industry bodies of public management, supervision bodies behind the market, physical persons and legal entities, European and International Organizations for Standardization, and also with national authorities on standardization of other countries.";

1.3. in the subitem 1) of Item 8 of the word of "documents on standardization" shall be replaced with words "the Moldavian standards";

1.4. in Item 9:

1.4.1. the first offer to state in the following edition:

"9. The institute is given the authority of national authority on standardization established in part (1) article 6 of the Law No. 20/2016 on national standartization and in the Regulations on the procedure of provision of information of the European commission and to member states of the European Union in the field of the technical regulations and rules concerning services of information society approved by the Order of the Government No. 376/2025.";
