About modification of some orders of the Government (reduction in compliance of the regulatory base in the field of geodesy)

Based on part (6) Article 3-2, of the subitem c) Item 1) Articles 7, parts (1) Article 10 and part (4) article 15 of the Law No. 778/2001 on geodesy, cartography and geoinformatics (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 29-31, 160), with subsequent changes, and articles 10 and 15 of the Law No. 1530/1993 on protection of monuments (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 326-333, 624), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 29/1994 about approval of the Regulations on protection of geodetic Items in the territory of the Republic of Moldova (The monitor of Parliament, 1994, No. 1, of the Art. 21) to make the following changes:

1.1. in all text of the word "permanent geodetic Items" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "geodetic Items" in the corresponding grammatical form;

1.2. in the resolution:

1.2.1. state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Determine that geodetic Items (Items of national geodetic network of class 0, 1 and 2; leveling reference points and brands; Items of gravimetric network; Items of Struve Geodetic Arc and network of permanent stations of national system of positioning) are state-owned property and are under protection of the state.

Appointment and method of use of the parcels of land on which geodetic Items are located are regulated by the land legislation.";
