About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education No. 152/2014

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education No. 152/2014 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 319-324, 634), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 3:

state the concept "classes of simultaneous training" of the following edition:

"the class of simultaneous training - the class of primary education created at least from two different classes in which direct work with pupils of one class is combined with independent work of pupils of other class / other classes at the same time educational process is performed according to the regulatory base approved by the Ministry of Education and Research;";

after the concept "modified куррикулум" to add Article with concepts of the following content:

"obligatory discipline - not changing component of the framework curriculum which provides forming of the basic competences necessary for harmonious development of pupils on each cycle of training and which studying is obligatory for all pupils of primary, gymnasia and lyceum education irrespective of pattern of ownership of educational institution;

elective course - the flexible component of the framework curriculum for cycles of primary, gymnasia and lyceum education allowing to adapt educational process for interests of pupils and educational resources of educational institution. Elective courses are chosen pupils annually according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Education and Research;

discipline for choice - the variable component of the framework curriculum characteristic of lyceum education determined depending on profile of training and educational trajectory of the pupil and aiming at its orientation and preparation for training continuation. Disciplines are for choice determined at the beginning of cycle of lyceum education and studied during the entire period of lyceum education;";

state the concept "criteria estimation" of the following edition:
