About modification of the Regulations on compensation of the VAT to agricultural producers approved by the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 3/2023
Based on the article VI of the Law on modification of some regulations (in the field of the taxation) No. 318/2025 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2025, No. 659-661, 792) I ORDER to the Art.:
1. To make the following changes to the Regulations on compensation of the VAT to agricultural producers approved by the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 3/2023,:
Item 10 to state 1) in the following edition:
"10. After receipt of the statement on compensation the State Tax Administration initiates check according to the established GNS rather concerning the VAT amount which is subject to compensation, determined according to Chapter IV.".
2) in Item 11 to exclude the word "thematic".
3) in Item 13 the text "In the act of tax control of compensation of the VAT shall be specified:" to replace with the text "In the Decision on compensation of the VAT shall be specified:".
The subitem 4) of Item 13 to state 4) in the following edition:
"4) separately for the periods established in Item 1:
- in case of request about compensation of the VAT for the period, 1 litas established in Item. a) - difference between the amount specified in subitems 2) and 3);
- in case of request about compensation of the VAT for the period, 1 litas established in Item. b) - difference between the amount specified in the subitem 2), increased by the VAT amount allowed to compensation for the tax periods entering compensation period based on the decisions passed till December, 2024 inclusive and the amount specified in the subitem 3).".
5) in Item 19 the subitem 2) litas. d), "2023, 2024" to replace the text with the text "2023-2025".
