The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2023, No. 25, Art. 92; 2025, Art. No. No. 11-14, 35) such changes:

1. In Article 23:

state part one in the following edition:

"1. The basis for purpose of temporary disability benefit, on pregnancy and childbirth is created on the basis of the medical certificate about temporary disability or the document certifying the fact of adoption of the child, establishment of guardianship over the child, disability leaf.

In case of impossibility of forming of leaf of disability in the electronic register of leaves of disability the basis for purpose of temporary disability benefit, on pregnancy and childbirth the disability leaf in paper form is.

The procedure and conditions of issue, prolongation and accounting of leaves of disability in the electronic register of leaves of disability, circumstance and cases of registration of leaves of disability in paper form are established by the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of health care in coordination with authorized body of management";

add with part five of the following content:

"5. In case of issue of leaf of disability in paper form for person working part-time on the terms of the employment contract (contract) along with implementation of business or other activity, the basis for purpose of temporary disability benefit, on pregnancy and childbirth the copy of leaf of disability in paper form certified by the signature of the head and seal (in the presence) on principle place of employment of such person is.
