About modification of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" concerning realization of the right to leave by the serviceman exempted from captivity

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Item 23 of article 10-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 15, Art. 190; 2006, No. 51, Art. 519; 2007, No. 33, Art. 442; 2024, 19, 78) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"23. The military personnel after their release from captivity is at will granted additional vacation with preserving cash cover lasting 90 calendar days without separation into parts.

The response from additional vacation after release of the serviceman from captivity is allowed only from its consent".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective in one month from the date of, its publication following behind day, except Item 2 of this Section which becomes effective from the date of, the publication of this Law following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within one month from the date of following behind day of publication of this Law:

1) to provide adoption of the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of this Law;

2) to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

3) to provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
