1. Approve the enclosed Rules of rendering the free medical and medicinal care by the HIV-positive and patient AIDS.
2. To heads of departments (managements) of health care of areas and cities of Almaty, Astana, the republican organizations of health care to accept this order to management.
3. To department of treatment-and-prophylactic work of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ismailov Zh. K.) direct this order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the established procedure.
4. To department of organization-legal providing Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Mukhamedzhanov Zh. M.) provide official publication of this order after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. I reserve control of execution of this order.
6. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
