I. Purposes

1. Determine main objectives of enhancement of system of preschool education and education:

(a) creation of necessary conditions for intellectual, spiritual and moral, creative, physical and all-round development of children of preschool age as harmoniously developed persons;

(b) the organization of educational and educational process according to the best practices on the basis of innovative technologies;

(c) further support of broad attraction of private sector to the sphere and implementation of mechanisms of additional stimulation for expansion of network of the non-state preschool educational organizations.

II. Enhancement of system of preschool education and education

2. Approve offers of the Ministry of preschool and school education:

(a) about introduction of the educational program of groups of year preparation for school as initial link of compulsory general secondary education;

(b) about implementation in system of preschool education of playful way of education for the purpose of education, development of children and implementation of their training by means of positive relations;

(c) about the organization of network of the preschool educational organizations "Yangi Avlod" directed to raising on qualitatively new level of system of preschool education and education, and also including the Innovative center of development of children in the structure.
