About the state guarantees of social protection of the military personnel dismissed from service in connection with reforming of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and members of their families

This Law establishes the legal basis of ensuring social protection of the military personnel who will leave in connection with reducing number of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during their reforming, and members of their families.

Article 1. The following guarantees of social protection are provided to persons discharged from military service based on the regulatory legal acts adopted in connection with reforming of the Armed Forces of Ukraine:

1) the money allowance in the amount of and according to the procedure, determined by the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" is paid to the military personnel discharged from military service;

2) to persons who in case of dismissal change the residence from military service and to members of their families the fare and luggage transports to the new residence within Ukraine is paid;

3), but no more than one year, the monthly allowance in the amount of official pay rate and salary on military rank is paid to the persons discharged from military service, who do not have pension entitlements for employment.

In case of registration in accordance with the established procedure of these persons in public service of employment the specified payment is not performed;

4) the serviceman registered in accordance with the established procedure in public service of employment within a month from the date of capture on military accounting in the territorial center of completing and social support performs allowance payment on unemployment at the expense of means and according to the procedure, determined by the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case", without the restriction provided by this Law.
