About modification of article 50 of the Law of Ukraine "About National police" on some questions of check of candidates for service for polices
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Part one of article 50 of the Law of Ukraine "About National police" (2015, Art. No. 40-41, 379) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the paragraph the second the following content:
"Citizens of Ukraine who served in law-enforcement bodies, police, bodies and divisions of civil protection, the State Border Service of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military forming formed according to the laws of Ukraine and got diseases, wounds (contusion, injury or mutilation) during implementation of actions for protection of independence, the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine connected with direct participation in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out, being directly in areas of anti-terrorist operation, implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, ensuring their implementation, being directly in areas and during implementation of the specified actions, and also participations in actions, necessary for ensuring defense of Ukraine, protection of safety of the population and interests of the state in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, desires to arrive on service in police to positions which list determines the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine are exempted from passing of check of level of physical training, on condition of identification by such citizens of Ukraine".
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. In three-months time from the date of entry into force of this Law to provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
