Based on part (2) article 43 of the Law on public finance and budget and tax responsibility No. 181/2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 223-230, 519), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve:
1.1. Methodology of calculation of rates for the services provided by public organization "National Institute of Public Management and Management" according to appendix No. 1;
1.2. The list of the paid services provided by public organization "National Institute of Public Management and Management" and rates for them, according to appendix No. 2.
2. Item 5 of the Regulations on standard rates of expenses on holding of conferences, symposiums, festivals etc. the public institutions financed from the public national budget approved by the Order of the Government No. 1151/2002 (2002, 1278), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 126-127, in the following edition:
