In recent years in our country the consecutive reforms directed to strengthening of guarantees of the rights of owners, support of activities of producers of agricultural products, providing the population with medicines and products of medical appointment with guaranteed quality and safety and also on encouragement of compatriots abroad are performed.
At the same time there is need for ensuring responsibility for any violation of the right of private property, determination of the legal basis of transfer (assignment) of the rights and obligations to other person as regards the parcels of land of agricultural purpose (their provision in secondary lease), enhancement of legal mechanisms according to the prevention of illicit trafficking in medicines and products of medical appointment, and also in support and encouragement of the compatriots making contribution to promotion of interests and increase in the authority of Uzbekistan.
This Law makes changes to the Criminal code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan about the administrative responsibility providing establishment of responsibility for illegal intervention or hindrance to free movement and (or) sales of goods and financial resources and also strengthening of responsibility for the offenses connected with violation of procedure for retail sale of medicines according to the recipe.
