About modification of the Procedure for declaring and registration of the residence (stay)

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for declaring and registration of the residence (stay) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 7, 2022 No. 265 "Some questions of declaring and registration of the residence and maintaining registers of territorial communities" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1234), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for declaring and registration of the residence (stay)

1. Add Item 90 with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of decision making about refusal in declaring/registration/removal from the declared/registered residence (stay) of person the requirements provided by the Law of Ukraine "About ministerial procedure" concerning adoption of the administrative act which negatively influences the right, freedom or legitimate interest of person are applied.".

2. State Items 91 and 92 in the following edition:

"91. In case of carrying out registration actions with violation of the requirements established by the law of data on the declared/registered residence (stay)/removal from the declared/registered residence (stay) persons are recognized invalid and are cancelled by body of registration.
