About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the procedure of collection of customs payments and accomplishment of separate customs formalities concerning the goods imported on customs area of Ukraine for needs of safety and defense
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make to the section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, Art. No. No. 44-48, 552) such changes:
1. In paragraph one of Item 9-24 of the word and figures "till January 1, 2026" shall be replaced with words also in figures "till January 1, 2027".
2. In Item 9-27:
Word in paragraph one" (including vehicle sets for production and/or repair of machines of the mechanized mine clearing)" shall be replaced with words 1) "(including vehicle sets for production, repair, upgrade of machines of the mechanized mine clearing)", and the words "for use in own productive activity on production and/or repair" - the words "for use in own productive activity on production, repair, upgrade";
In paragraph four of the word "in production or repair of pilotless systems" shall be replaced with words 2) "in production, repair, upgrade of pilotless systems";
The thirteenth the words "which were used in production and/or repair" shall be replaced with words 3) in the paragraph "which were used in production, repair, upgrade";
4) in the paragraph the fifteenth the words "quantity made and repaired during reporting quarter" shall be replaced with words "quantity made, repaired, modernized during reporting quarter";
5) in the paragraph the sixteenth the words "quantity implemented (returned after repair)" shall be replaced with words "quantity implemented (returned after repair, upgrades)";
The seventeenth the words "for use in production or repair of pilotless systems" shall be replaced with words 6) in the paragraph "for use in production, repair, upgrade of pilotless systems";
