For the purpose of support of spheres of the creative industry and ensuring execution of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About creative economy" I decide:

I. Main objectives

1. Determine the main target indicators of development of creative economy till 2030:

(a) bringing share of creative economy in gross domestic product to 5 percent - to 145 trillion sum;

(b) increase in export of products and services of the creative industry over 1 billion US dollars;

(c) finishing quantity of workplaces within implemented in the field of projects to 500 thousand.

II. Organizational and practical measures on development of creative economy

(a) the green park including the territories for walks, rest and carrying out leisure, art objects and works of monumental art;

(b) prestigious international school in the direction of digital design and programming;

(c) beech cafe, sports and workout platforms, hotels;

(d) pavilion of art creators, creative workshops, eco-friendly office rooms and co-working center;

(e) zones of production of cinema and video production, and also recording studios;
