About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 69/2021 on approval of Standard documentation for carrying out public procurements of works

1. In the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 69/2021 on approval of Standard documentation for carrying out public procurements of works registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1649 of June 7, 2021 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, No. 147-151, of the Art. 658), to make the following changes:

1.1. Add Item 38 with the subitem 8) of the following content:

"8) the notice on participation in public procurements of works in the field of construction and equipment according to appendix No. 22. If the economic operator notified National inspectorate for technical supervision according to provisions of article 10 of the Town-planning and construction code of the Republic of Moldova No. 434/2023, and data on implementation of activities in the field of construction are public and are available freely and free of charge to any person in the State register in the field of construction, the National inspectorate for technical supervision does not fill in the Section III of appendix No. 22";

1.2. In Item 54 the subitem 1) to letter b) words of "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of infrastructure and regional development";

1.3. In Item 97 "The regulations on public procurement of works approved by the Order of the Government No. 638/2020" to add the text with the text ", and the Town-planning and construction code of the Republic of Moldova No. 434/2023";
