I. Priority directions

1. Determine the priority directions of state policy in the field of migration and personalisation:

(a) step-by-step transformation of divisions of migration and personalisation of law-enforcement bodies in the "service divisions" providing to the population more available and high-quality services on the basis of the principles of efficiency and transparency;

(b) raising on qualitatively new level of the organization, and also increase in efficiency of activities of republican - regional - district (city) divisions in the field of migration and personalisation;

(c) digitalization of the rendered state services in the field of migration and personalisation;

(d) ensuring reliability and reliability of personal data;

(e) ensuring information security and cyber security in the operating information systems by widespread introduction of modern information and communication technologies to the sphere.

II. Organizational measures

2. Approve:

(a) Regulations on Department of migration and personalisation under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Department) according to appendix No. 1 *;

(b) "Road map" on raising on qualitatively new activity level of law-enforcement bodies in the field of migration and personalisation according to appendix No. 2*.
