1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 12, 2020 No. 820 "About approval of approximate lease agreements of state-owned property" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 75, the Art. 2379):
Items 5.1-5.6 of the Section II of the Approximate lease agreement of single property complex of the state company, its isolated structural division approved by the specified resolution to state 1) in the following edition:
"5.1. The lessee has the right according to the procedure, established by the legislation, at own expense to make routine maintenance and overhaul repairs, to perform the integral improvements of the property which is available as a part of the company.
5.2. Compensation of cost of the integral improvements performed by the Lessee, transfer of expenses of the lessee on carrying out capital repairs is performed according to the legislation in the field of lease and privatization of state-owned property.
5.3. In case of the termination of this agreement are performed by the Lessee in accordance with the established procedure at the expense of own means of improvement of the property which is available as a part of the company, which:
it is possible to separate, without doing it harm, is property of the Lessee;
it is impossible to separate without harming, - property of the state.
