About entering of amendments into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To add article 43.2 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 with parts 3 and 4 of the following content:
"3. Violation of procedure for carrying out monitoring of polygon of waste by heads of polygons:
attracts imposing of penalty on the individual entrepreneurs managing polygon in the amount of hundred the fiftyfold established minimum wage, and on legal entities - in the amount of the two hundredfold established minimum wage.
4. The further violation specified in part 3 of this Article within one year after imposing of administrative sanctions:
attracts imposing of penalty on the individual entrepreneurs managing solid waste landfill in the amount of the three hundredfold established minimum wage, and on legal entities - in the amount of the four hundredfold established minimum wage.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective in six months after official publication.
